Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In their original condition, unworn, and unused
In their original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Easy Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly notify us by sending an email to [email protected], providing details about the return. Once you receive approval, you may proceed to ship the package back to the original address from which it was dispatched (our warehouse).
Refund or Exchange
Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item of equal value (if we have it in stock).
Refund Timeline
A refund for your return will be issued within 10 business days after it has been received at our warehouse. During peak sales or holiday periods, return handling times can be longer – we thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A fixed return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. The return fee depends on your country:
Europe: 25 €
UK: 25 GBP
USA: 30 USD
Denmark: 200 DKK
Sweden: 300 SEK
Switzerland: 25 CHF
Canada: 40 CAD
Rest of the world: 30 €
Complaints and Claims
All products are inspected before shipment. If, however, the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will rectify the error at no cost in accordance with applicable laws. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
How to Proceed with a Complaint
Any errors or defects should always be reported with your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue. If we are unable to rectify the error or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable laws. We cover the return shipping costs for approved claims. We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the product is not damaged, defective, or similar, in accordance with applicable laws. In case of a complaint, we follow Norwegian law.
