12.2. Production and Shipping Timeline: Pre-ordered products may take up to 7-12 weeks for production and shipping. Please be aware of this timeline when placing your pre-order.

12.3. Order Complaints: Customers do not have the right to file complaints about shipping delays if the order takes longer than one week, as long as it is within the pre-order timeframe. By accepting these terms, you waive any right to dispute delivery times within the estimated production and shipping period.

12.4.  Combination of Orders: Pre-ordered products cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same order. If you wish to purchase in-stock items, please place a separate order.

12.5. Refunds and Shipment Delays: Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please refrain from contacting us for updates if the estimated shipping time has not yet passed.
