 Welcome to Zoella Studios. By accessing and using our website you agree to the
  following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. General information
  1.1. These terms apply to your use of the Zoella Studios website and the purchase
       of products.

  2. Products
  2.1. We offer swimwear, clothing and related accessories.
  2.2. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
  2.3. We aim to display products accurately; colours and details may vary slightly
       from images due to screen differences.

  3. Orders
  3.1. Orders are placed through our website.
  3.2. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email.
  3.3. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as product
       unavailability, payment issues or suspected fraud.

  4. Pricing and payment
  4.1. Prices are shown in NOK. The business is currently below the Norwegian VAT
       registration threshold, so VAT is not added to prices. (This will be updated
       if and when the business becomes VAT-registered.)
  4.2. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown
       at checkout (e.g. debit/credit card and Apple Pay).
  4.3. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.

  5. Shipping and delivery
  5.1. We ship within Norway and internationally; shipping costs are calculated at
       checkout.
  5.2. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
  5.3. Delays may occur due to customs, weather or other circumstances outside our
       control.

  6. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
  6.1. As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase
       within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right
       of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The standard withdrawal form is available
       from the Norwegian Consumer Authority (forbrukertilsynet.no).
  6.2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
  6.3. To exercise your right of withdrawal or to return an item, contact us at
       help@zoellastudios.com with your order number.
  6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods,
       using the same payment method you used for the order.

  7. Privacy
  7.1. We process personal data to handle your orders. Please see our Privacy Policy
       for details.

  8. Liability
  8.1. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under
       Norwegian law.
  8.2. Beyond those mandatory rights, our liability for any single order is limited
       to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

  9. Governing law
  9.1. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
  9.2. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian courts. Consumers may also
       contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation.

  10. Compliance with Norwegian regulations
  10.1. Consumer rights: We comply with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and
        the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven).
  10.2. Data protection: We comply with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.
  10.3. Marketing: Our marketing follows the guidelines of the Norwegian Consumer
        Authority.

  11. Pre-order terms
  11.1. Delivery times shown at checkout do not apply to pre-ordered items.
        Pre-order products are shipped once they are in stock.
  11.2. Pre-ordered products may take up to 7–12 weeks for production and shipping.
        Please consider this timeline before placing a pre-order. By placing a
        pre-order you acknowledge this estimated timeline.
  11.3. Your statutory consumer rights still apply to pre-orders. You keep your
        14-day right of withdrawal, and if delivery is significantly delayed beyond
        the estimated timeline you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund
        under Norwegian law.
  11.4. We will keep you informed if a pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated
        timeline.

  12.1. We may amend these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page.
